To purchase a discounted item simply add the item to your cart and then enter the discount code when prompted during check out. Please note: Only one discount code can be entered per total order. You may place as many items as you wish on an order however you cannot place two different discounted items on the same order and receive the discount for each item. The processor will recognize only one discount code at a time. You may purchse two custom poker sets on an order and would receive the appropriate discount for each custom poker set because the same discount code applies to each custom poker set. However, if you place a custom poker set and a Deluxe Poker table on the same order, you can enter only one discount code, either the Custom Poker Set Code or the Deluxe Poker Table Code. To receive the discount for each item, you would place a separate order for each item and enter the individual Discount Code for each item on the appropriate order. All shipping via Federal Express (FedEx) The principal shipping option is FXG: Fed Ex Ground Commercial (m) unless otherwise stated. Free shipping is based upon FXG: Fed Ex Ground US Commercial(m) rates only. Any other shipping method will incur additional shipping charges.

To qualify the total Order must exceed $50.00.
Orders under $50.00 will be assessed a $15.00 shipping charge. Free Shipping, where indicated, applies only to the continental U.S. All other regions; Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc. and products requiring shipping of large, heavy items such as poker tables, table tops, etc, will need to contact us to determine what the actual shipping charges to your location will be. Use the form on the Contact Us page to indicate your table or product choice, your zip/postal code and your e-mail address. You will contacted by return e-mail within 24 hours. Free shipping does not apply to Canadian Orders. CANADIAN SHIPPING RATES: Total orders $0.00 -$49.99 ship for $15.00 per order. Total orders $50.00 - $99.99 will ship for $20.00 per order. Total orders over $100.00 will ship for $25.00 per order. These rates do not apply to LTL Freight Shipping orders. Canadian orders may be assessed and be responsible for paying any or all of the following fees; GST, Duty and Customs Brokerage.
Federal Express is the only shipping option that we have available and is restricted to the Continental USA and Canada. Actual delivery time will vary according to your FedEx Zone. (In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Normally Items are shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is received. If an item is "out of stock" you will be notified and the product will be backordered and shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.
At Holdem Poker Supplies, we realize that all sales may not be final. If customers make a purchase and then wish to return the product, they will have 30 days to do so. We must be notified of the return within the first 30 days of the product leaving our warehouse. To initiate a return, all costumers must call in and get a Return Authorization. Returns will not be accepted without authorization. This is to ensure that the return is processed in the most efficient manner possible. Please make sure to include your order number and return information to ensure proper processing. Then go to http://www.yourshipping.com/ and generate the return form which must be included in the return shipping package. This form is necessary to identify the source of the return and how compensation is to be made. There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product. 1. Closeout items are unable to be returned. 2. Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned. 3. If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned. 4. We cannot accept opened DVD’s, Copag or KEM cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded. 5. If a customer receives defective merchandise, they can only exchange it for a similar product of equal or lesser value. 6. If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. 7. If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY. However we will gladly refund returned shipping on a defective or incorrectly shipped item if the customer is requesting an exchange. 8. If a product arrives damaged, we must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement is sent out. 9. All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, we are not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or the product. There are no exceptions to this policy. 10. In the rare event that the wrong product is shipped, this will need to be sent back to us. If this is to occur, we must be notified immediately. The customer will need to pay for the return Ground shipping but will be reimbursed up to the amount originally paid once the product has been received at our warehouse. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to our warehouse. They will only be reimbursed for return shipping costs if they are exchanging it for another product. If there is no exchange, then there will be no refund of return shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. If a return has taken longer than 2 weeks, please contact us. Holdem Poker Supplies reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
